People Operations Lead

Join our team as the People Operations Lead, where you will lead a high-impact team and ensure exceptional People Operations delivery across multiple countries. You will focus on optimizing, automating, and continuously improving our already strong People Operations function. Your responsibilities will include leading the team, improving employee experience, driving operational excellence, and helping us scale through automation and AI. You will report to the Chief People Officer and play a key role in ensuring our People Operations function remains scalable, efficient, employee-centric, and ready to support future growth.

• Lead a team of People Operations professionals to ensure exceptional delivery of People Operations across multiple countries.
• Drive continuous improvement of People processes, documentation, workflows, and ways of working, with a focus on automation and AI.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery and compliance with employment laws.
• Experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Employee Experience, or a comparable operational role within a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and technology to improve employee experience
• A pragmatic, structured, and solutions-oriented approach to work
• Previous people leadership experience or demonstrated readiness to lead a small team
• Experience working with HR systems (Personio, ADP, etc.), workflows, automation, and digital solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
• Experience supporting international employee populations and multi-country operations
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership
• Strong process improvement mindset with a passion for operational excellence
