• Lead the technical charge for SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and institutional-grade security.
• Serve as the technical lead for architectural reviews with Microsoft’s Azure engineering team.

• Systems Mastery: Deep expertise in the C#/.NET ecosystem and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Deterministic Mindset: You hate "approximate" math. You identify race conditions and state issues that others ignore.
• Institutional Rigor: Experience building or maintaining high-stakes financial infrastructure where "Zero-Error" is the baseline.
• AI-Native Architecture: You don't need to build LLMs, but you must be an expert in building the deterministic infrastructure that agents rely on (Idempotency, stateless APIs, and hardened data schemas). You leverage AI multipliers to out-produce entire legacy teams.
