As a Junior Process Engineer, you will develop and improve manufacturing processes for wire and cable products, ensuring quality and competitive cost. You will work closely with production, assist in training development, analyze manufacturing processes, investigate engineering problems, and support quality assurance. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering are required.
