About The Role
Join our dynamic team as a DevOps Team Lead, where you will have a significant impact on the development of our cloud-based product. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the infrastructure, tools, and processes required to support our cloud platform, ensuring reliability, availability, and security. You will also lead the team, drive secure and responsible AI-assisted engineering practices, and facilitate communication with stakeholders. - Establishing and managing the infrastructure, tools, and processes required to support the cloud platform, ensuring reliability, availability, and security.
- Owning platform and application security, including standards, controls, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Enhancing, operating, and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and taking ownership of application deployment across environments.
About you
Qualifications we value
- At least one programming or scripting language, preferably Bash/Python.
- Kubernetes in production: you know Kubernetes API in and out.
- Terraform/Ansible and automation technologies and either Puppet, or Chef.
- DevOps/DevSecOps experience, and are comfortable with at least one cloud provider, preferably AWS.
- The operations of a SaaS for a commercial software company with a leading role and a good understanding of the work responsibilities and processes.
- Management, feeding the team with new ideas and innovation.
- Linguistic skills: Good in English both written and verbal, French is a plus.

Position details
- Position type: Full-time position
- Start date: As soon as possible (flexible)
- Location: La Défénse with hybrid remote up to 2 days per week.
