Solutions Consultant

Join Asana, a leading work management platform, as a Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will support prospects in the UKI region, helping them understand the value of Asana and driving revenue growth. You will partner with sales teams, develop a deep understanding of customer needs, and position yourself as a trusted advisor. • Support prospects in the UKI region to understand the value of Asana and translate customer needs into tool-based solutions.
• Partner with Sales teams to develop and drive account strategy for key accounts, and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Identify and scale solution-selling best practices to the broader Revenue organization, and be a key player in helping Asana achieve its revenue goals.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
• Experience in running customer Proof of Concepts
• Minimum 3+ years in Presales, Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering or similar roles, preferably within a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in developing product demonstrations, including designing and presenting from decks, briefs, and whiteboards
• ​​A deep curiosity and understanding of how IT systems work in a business context
• Proven ability to effectively influence senior-level decision-makers
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional languages preferred
• Preferred experience in AI technology (Agentic, LLM, AI-powered automation, etc.) and business models
• Located in London and willing to travel on-site with customers upwards of 30%
