Country Head of Credit Risk

Join Ebury, a global FinTech company, as the Country Head of Credit Risk in Paris. In this key senior role, you will manage and optimize the existing portfolio in France, improve underwriting and credit risk management processes, and oversee all stages of the credit lifecycle. You will report to the Senior Global Credit Risk Management Team, monitor portfolio performance, liaise with local regulatory authorities, and engage closely with other teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of credit underwriting experience, a strong understanding of local accounting principles, and experience in building and leading effective Credit Risk Management teams.

• Gérer et optimiser le portefeuille existant en France, améliorer le processus de souscription et de gestion des risques de crédit.
• Assurer la supervision de l'analyse de crédit détaillée des prospects et des clients, approuver les limites d'exposition aux clients.
• Collaborer étroitement avec d'autres équipes, en particulier le Front Office et l'Onboarding/Compliance, pour garantir une expérience client fluide.
