About The Role

Join CoreWeave, a rapidly growing company, as a People Business Partner (PBP) for our G&A organizations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees, handling day-to-day needs while building toward a strategic skill set. You will have broad exposure across multiple functions, build trusted relationships, and develop the full toolkit of a high-performing business partner. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain real responsibility, business context, and opportunities for growth.

  • Support G&A organizations by serving as the first point of contact for managers and employees, handling day-to-day employee and manager needs.
  • Collaborate with senior PBPs to execute people programs, leveraging data and observations to identify patterns and synthesize them into clear actions for leaders.
  • Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning activities, enabling consistent and defensible people decisions, and consult on complex people matters.
  • For someone earlier in their HR career, this is a strong foundation — with real responsibility, real business context, and real opportunity to grow
  • We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who can bring their own diverse experiences to our teams—even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match
  • Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences: You approach managers, employees, and cross-functional partners with professionalism, empathy, and consistency, ensuring they feel supported in even the most challenging moments
  • Achieve More Together: You collaborate seamlessly with People Business Partners, and other People teams, recognizing that the best solutions come from working as one team with shared goals
  • Empower Employees: You champion an equitable employee experience by coaching leaders and ensuring employees feel heard, supported, and treated fairly
  • Act Like an Owner: You take responsibility for your cases and follow through with care and attention to detail
  • Be Curious at Your Core: You ask thoughtful questions, seek to understand root causes, and apply learnings to improve outcomes
