What You’ll Own
You are responsible for one thing: growing referrals.
- Build and expand relationships with physicians, specialists, and medical offices
- Execute consistent in-person visits across South Florida
- Position our services in a way that drives patient referrals
- Follow up with precision to convert relationships into volume
- Open new referral channels in targeted specialties
- Track performance and improve outreach strategy
- Represent the brand at events and within the medical community

- You generate consistent referral flow within your first 60–90 days
- You become a known, trusted contact across your territory

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Experience in physician relations, healthcare liaison work, or medical sales
- Proven ability to build referral relationships
- Strong in-person communication and networking skills
- Self-managed, disciplined, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in the field daily
- Reliable transportation
