Product Manager (Zero Trust Authentication)

Join Okta, a leading identity and access management company, as a Product Manager for our Zero Trust Authentication group. In this high-impact role, you will drive the execution, performance, and deployment strategy for our foundational endpoint products, including Okta Verify, FastPass, and Device Assurance. You will bridge user experience and deep systems engineering to ensure our core authentication products scale reliably for millions of global users. This position requires strong communication skills, technical product management experience, and a passion for solving complex problems.

• Lead the execution, performance, and deployment strategy for Okta’s foundational endpoint products, ensuring operational excellence.
• Own the roadmap for baseline security posture checks and manage the execution of posture policy engine and first-party EDR/MDM signal integrations.
• Drive the enrollment, registration, and adoption feature loops for FastPass, our premier passwordless, phishing-resistant authenticator.
• Strong communication (presentation, verbal and written) and collaboration skills. You easily work with customers and colleagues across different functions and backgrounds
• Experience building or product managing the feature areas for enterprise platform ecosystems/services
• 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience in enterprise scale SaaS products, Identity and Access management, Endpoint Security, or comparable relevant experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You can produce solid action plans from often incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical degree. You have a proven ability to rationalize and influence low-level technical design decisions, partnering directly with software architects to build secure, performant software for emerging paradigm shifts (such as endpoint AI and agentic workflows)
• Experience developing, socializing, and driving strategies spanning multiple parts of an organization. Track record of owning and delivering on large strategic projects. You can see the big picture, but deliver on the details
• Familiarity with Identity and Access management protocols and products
• Experience with creating requirements for security focused customers
• Public speaking experience
• Unquestioned influence: You lead without relying on a reporting structure. You naturally align engineering, design, GTM, and the field behind your understanding of the customer. You are the definitive, credible voice of the product in CISO boardrooms and internal executive reviews
• Founder-level ownership: You do not need an instruction manual, a playbook, or perfectly defined processes to do your job. You thrive in zero-to-one ambiguity, take absolute accountability for your domain's success or failure, and when in doubt, you bias toward action and decide
• Decisive action in the dark: You rarely have perfect data or complete requirements. You confidently make high-stakes calls using a mix of telemetry, customer anecdotes, and sharp product intuition. You explicitly name your assumptions, move fast, and revise them in public without ego when new information arrives
