Senior FP&A Analyst

• Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme und Steuerung des Subscription P&L von der Umsatzrealisierung bis zur direkten Kostenallokation.
• Leitung des Budget- und Rolling-Forecast-Prozesses für das Abonnement, einschließlich der Modellierung und der Herausforderung der Eingaben.
• Definition, Aufbau und Verantwortung für das KPI-Framework der Geschäftseinheit, einschließlich der Verfolgung der aktiven Basis und der Abwanderung.
• 5–7 years in FP&A, controlling or financial analytics, ideally in a data-heavy environment
• Strong commercial and accounting fluency: you understand how a provisioning entry flows through the P&L and balance sheet, and what it means for the business
• Curious, strategic, and proactive working style with a hands-on mentality
• Strong SQL plus working knowledge of wider analytics toolkit (Python or R, Power Query, Office Scripts): you can query invoice tables, aging views and transaction logs independently
• Solid grounding in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling: driver-based models, scenario analysis and multi-entity structures
• Business-fluent in English; business-level German
