Staff Engineer - Endpoint security

Join GitGuardian, a global cybersecurity scale-up, as a Staff Engineer in Endpoint Security. You will be part of the Endpoint team, developing an agent that detects secrets and sensitive configurations on developers' machines. Your role will involve driving architectural decisions, guiding and growing engineers, contributing directly to the code, and working closely with the Product team. You should have a proven track record of leading technical initiatives, expertise in Python and Rust, and experience in security-focused environments.

• Architectural decisions for the agent and platform evolution to scale.
• Mentoring and guiding engineers, participating in code reviews, and raising the collective technical bar.
• Collaborating closely with Product Management to frame product ambitions and co-build the roadmap.
