About The Role

Join Snowflake, a leading company in the AI Data Cloud space. As a Senior Brand Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality assets across various media, contributing to the expansion of our brand visual identity system, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure cohesive brand expression. You should have 7-10 years of brand/graphic design experience, mastery of industry-standard applications, and a strong understanding of evolving brand systems.

You can manage your own projects in a timely manner, work with internal and external partners, and can present your work to stakeholders and explain your design thinking. You will create your work with a high attention to detail and craft

  • Strong understanding and experience in developing and working within evolving brand systems
  • Systems-thinking with a collaborative and open mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
  • Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and versatility across formats (digital, social, print, event, keynote), with clarity on your role in each
  • Ability to advocate for the work, including brief-building with stakeholders to define a project’s parameters, thoughtful discovery and problem-solving, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present work to diverse stakeholders
  • 10-15 years in design with proven impact at scale—ideally a mix of mid-to-large tech and creative agency experience
  • Experience with Wrike, Canva or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Bonus points for basic animation skills (Figma animation, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
