Head of Operations Strategy (Germany)

Join Voi, a leading micromobility company, as the Head of Operations Strategy for Germany. In this role, you will set the operations strategy for the region, drive scalable and efficient operations, and ensure alignment between local markets and central functions. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost performance, oversee unit economics and ride performance, and build performance frameworks. You will also support and develop the operations strategy team and act as a senior strategic partner to local teams. • Entwicklung, Kommunikation und Implementierung der regionalen Betriebsstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und zentralen Stakeholdern.
• Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Betriebsmodellen (einschließlich 3PL, Workforce Management und Service Design), um skalierbare und effiziente Abläufe zu ermöglichen.
• Überwachung der Wirtschaftlichkeit, der Fahrleistung und der Auslastung, um Entscheidungen auf Stadt- und Marktebene zu informieren.
• We are looking for an analytical, strategic operational leader with great interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders on operational initiatives with clear business outcomes
• Professional fluency in German and English
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business or similar
• Strong analytical capability with experience in deep data analysis and translating insights into strategy
• Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost performance
• Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality
• Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
• 6-10 years’ experience in operations strategy, logistics/field operations, or a high-growth environment
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of operational models, including 3PL and workforce management
