Real Estate / Cross Assets Investment Analyst

Join Tikehau Capital, a leading global alternative asset management group, as a Real Estate / Cross Assets Investment Analyst. You will be based in Frankfurt, Germany, and will support the local team in executing DACH transactions, conducting market research, assisting with financial modeling, preparing marketing materials, participating in client meetings, and negotiating NDAs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or Economics, relevant work experience, and fluency in English and German.

• Support Tikehau Capital’s local team in executing DACH transactions, focusing on Core, Core+, and Value-Add real estate investments.
• Conduct market research across various asset classes and geographical regions, and assist with financial modeling and deal underwriting processes.
• Prepare marketing material and client presentations, participate in client meetings and management presentations.

## PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration / Economics, preferably with a focus on finance, accounting or real estate,
• High analytical ability as well as structured and accurate way of working,
• Relevant work experience, for example from internships; real estate-specific experience for example in investment banking, investment management, or deal advisory is a plus,
• Experience with MS Office and fluency in English and German,
• Demonstrated high level of commitment, versatility, curiosity, determination, and the ability to work in a team environment.
