Private Debt Investment Analyst

Join Tikehau Capital, a leading global alternative asset management group, as a Private Debt Investment Analyst in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be fully integrated into the Private Debt team and actively participate in all aspects of the investment process, from origination to execution and portfolio management. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing potential target companies, developing cash flow-based models, preparing investment memoranda, monitoring fund and portfolio company performance, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or Economics, relevant work experience, and fluency in English and German.

• Support Tikehau Capital’s local team in executing DACH Private Debt transactions, from origination to execution and portfolio management.
• Review and analyze potential target companies, their products, markets, and risks, and develop cash flow-based models.
• Monitor fund and portfolio company performance, prepare investor reports, and assist in the development of investment memoranda.

## PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration / Economics, preferably with a focus on finance, accounting and / or banking,
• High analytical ability as well as structured and accurate way of working,
• Relevant work experience, for example from internships in investment banking, private equity / debt, consulting, or Big 4,
• Experience with MS Office and fluency in English and German,
• Demonstrated high level of commitment, versatility, curiosity, determination, and the ability to work in a team environment.
