GLOBAL TOP TIER VM MANAGER F/H

Join our team as a Global Top Tier VM Manager. In this role, you will operate and drive the VM strategy within our top tier and flagship stores across the globe. You will lead and coordinate weekly follow-ups across major flagship projects, support flagship openings and strategic store developments, and ensure consistency and excellence across all key stores. You will also monitor key business indicators, coordinate flagship activations and key moments, and support the execution of flagship activity plans. A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail project management, VM, flagship operations, or a related environment is required.

• Lead and coordinate weekly follow-ups across major flagship projects, ensuring clear ownership, project tracking, and deadlines.
• Support flagship openings and strategic store developments, coordinating master planning and installation calendars.
• Monitor key business indicators, identifying quick wins and business opportunities, and building reporting and insights.

Profil

• Minimum 5 years experience in retail project management, VM, flagship operations or related environment
• Strong experience in international and cross-functional project coordination
• Fluent English mandatory - written and spoken
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong ownership mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
