Director of Product Management

Join our team as the Director of Product Management for Sustainability. In this role, you will lead the product strategy for sustainability, working closely with various teams to bring sustainability elements to market. You will develop and evangelize the product vision, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and coordinate product development actions across multiple product lines. A strong background in sustainability initiatives and product management is required.

• Lead the product strategy for sustainability and oversee matrixed sustainability product efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and evolve the sustainability product strategy, road map, and feature prioritization.
• Develop and enable global product interlock amongst sustainability stakeholders, ensuring seamless interactions internally.
• Experienced in sustainability initiatives​
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field of study; MBA is a plus. PMP considered a strong bonus​
• Experience leveraging market intelligence and customer feedback to optimize service fulfillment ​
• Strong working knowledge of product management disciplines including UX/UI​
• Effective communicator with sufficient business acumen and operational experience to advise and influence across cross functional internal and external teams​
• Developed partner joint offerings​
• 5+ years of proven experience as a product leader or relevant adjacent experience in professional services, product management, operational fulfillment or customer facing role​
