About The Role
OVERVIEW
- The Contracts & Budget Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing client financial
- budgets, confirming contracts are maximized and ensuring billing accuracy monthly. This role works closely with
- Business Development and Project Managers (PM) / Customer Success Managers (CSM). This role partners with
- other department leaders to support and document processes and gain efficiencies for the contracting and financial
- lifecycle of Trial Interactive contracts.
DESCRIPTION
- Ensure compliance with Trial Interactive contracting process, templates, and guidance.
- Review all terms and conditions for contracts while ensuring terms align with agreed responsibilities an deliverables.
- Review key contract billing metrics and working with the team to improve results.
- Assist in drafting and implementing processes and procedures that will improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
- Review billing monthly and confirm budget trackers are in line with client invoices and contracts are fully maximized.
- Assist in month-end reconciliation activities.
- Work with Project Managers / Customer Success Managers to ensure the accurate and timely submission of invoices.
- Review and analyze Job Cost Reports for invoice validation and research discrepancies.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
- Analyze accounts and determine the next appropriate action for account resolution with PM / CSM and Sales.
- Serve as liaison and act as Point of Contact with Business Development and Operations teams, and monitor service requests and handle them within internal SLAs.
- Build budget trackers for new and existing clients.
- Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
