• Oversight of the Operations Business Unit across France, Spain, and Italy, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
• Full accountability for operational performance and financial results, including defining the Operations P&L strategy and driving its execution.
• Leading and overseeing various operational pillars, including Regional Operations Management, Customer Experience, Site Direction & Production Management, Sales Enablement, and Data Operations.
