About The Role

Role purpose
An Intern works in project teams, which may be led by a Manager or Director. The expectation is for the Design Intern to play an active role in supporting the design team in defining, preparing, and delivering services and deliverables to clients. The role will provide a learning opportunity for the intern and valuable support to the organization.
Key accountabilities
Work creatively and analytically to support design generation of the team
Brainstorming and ideating for design solutions based on the research and data gathered by the team
Synthesize complex information and produce low to high fidelity outcomes
Help develop highly engaging presentations to make the case for change
Get exposure to AI technologies and opportunities
Effectively communicate your designs (written and oral) within the team and if needed, with project stakeholders
Actively contribute within a team-oriented environment

Design software skills (e.g. Figma, Adobe, Invision)

Qualifications
Pursuing a diploma, undergraduate or graduate degree
All-round achiever and outstanding academic record
Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities
Experience in project work
Fluent in English and preferably in another regional language
