Senior Operational Risk Manager

Join Raisin Group as a Senior Operational Risk Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting operational risks in line with internal frameworks and regulatory requirements. You will also provide independent operational risk input to projects, monitor risk indicators, and prepare operational risk reports for senior management. • Identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting operational risks in line with internal frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Performing operational risk identification and assessment, including RCSA, scenario analysis, and loss database management.
• Maintaining and enhancing the Operational Risk Management Framework in line with MaRisk and Basel III.
• You bring strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and a structured approach to operational risk management in a regulated banking environment
• Ability to balance operational execution with an enterprise-wide risk perspective
• Professional certifications are a plus
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements, including MaRisk and Basel III
• 3–5 years of experience in operational risk management, internal audit, or risk consulting within banking or financial services
• Strong communication skills to work across functions and present risk topics to senior management
• Experience with risk management systems and tools, including loss database and RCSA tracking
• Hands-on experience with RCSA, incident management, and risk indicators
• Proactive, independent working style with strong ownership and attention to detail
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field
