  • Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or a similar field
  • Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English and German communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally across teams
  • 1–2 years of experience (including relevant internships) in consulting, banking, or financial services, with a strong desire to learn how to manage professional stakeholders
