Process Engineer Electron-Beam Lithography

As a Process Engineer, Electron Beam Lithography, you will develop and optimize advanced electron beam lithography processes used to create next-generation semiconductor and photonic devices.

Working closely with research and development teams, you will transform innovative device concepts into manufacturable lithography processes while supporting the transition from prototype development to high-volume production. You will own the electron beam lithography platform, drive continuous process improvements, and collaborate across engineering, metrology, and manufacturing teams to advance new technologies.
