HR Manager (m/w/d)

As the HR Manager for our Berlin office, you will be the primary HR contact on the ground, supporting the development and implementation of HR processes locally. This generalist HR role covers the full employee lifecycle and requires close collaboration with the global HR team. You will manage employee relations matters, ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant, lead end-to-end recruitment, support onboarding and offboarding processes, contribute to compensation benchmarking, and support office management activities.

• Verantwortung für die Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterangelegenheiten in Deutschland, einschließlich HR-Anfragen und formellen Fällen, unter Einhaltung des deutschen Arbeitsrechts.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen HR-Team in London zur Angleichung der HR-Prozesse und zur Aufrechterhaltung konsistenter Standards.
• Leitung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses für das Büro in Berlin in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Office & Recruitment Coordinator und den Einstellungsmanagern.
