Director of Application, EMEA North, Install

Join our team as the Director of Application for EMEA North, Install. In this role, you will provide technical and operational leadership for all Application activities across the Install market within the EMEA North region. You will be responsible for setting and executing the regional technical operations strategy, managing capacity planning and demand forecasts, leading the Application teams, supporting strategic Install projects, enforcing design standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless pre-sales to customer acceptance process.

• Set and execute the EMEA North regional technical operations strategy; design engagement models that increase conversion and adoption across the Install market.
• Run capacity planning, demand forecasts, and load balancing for the EMEA North Install Application team; own technical OKRs and quality gates.
• Lead the EMEA North Install Application teams; drive certifications, onboarding, and continuous education while fostering a collaborative, no-blame culture.
