Senior Product Manager (Marketplace)

• Ownership of marketplace dynamics between General contractors and Subcontractors on the platform, ensuring a healthy balance between supply and demand.
• Responsibility for search, matching, and recommendation mechanisms that connect Subcontractors and projects, increasing relevance and bid rate.
• Analysis of marketplace metrics to translate them into hypotheses and priorities, identifying AI use cases for matching and recommendations.
• 3–5 years of product management experience with two- or multi-sided marketplaces
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of marketplace metrics such as liquidity, conversion, and network effects
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• You use AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping routinely in your day-to-day work
• Demonstrated experience thinking through supply-demand dynamics: how to create enough supply, enough demand, and how to balance the sometimes conflicting interests of both sides
• Experience with search or matching algorithms, or working closely with data and engineering teams on ranking or recommendation logic
