Join our team at Wamesit Lanes as a Server, where no two days are the same! You’ll be the key to delivering exceptional service in a fun, fast-paced environment—whether in our Firewater Tavern, patio, or bowling lanes.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver friendly, professional service that keeps guests coming back.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Share menu knowledge—ingredients, allergens, and recommendations.
• Stay on top of our menu and specials to guide guests’ choices.
• Clear and reset tables quickly for the next group.
• Support teammates by running food, refilling drinks, and pre-bussing—even beyond your section.
• Assist with private parties and corporate events.
• Handle sidework such as restocking, cleaning, and setting up stations.
• Be proactive—jump in to seat guests, answer phones, or help wherever needed.
• Communicate clearly with team members and managers to keep shifts smooth.
• Stay aware of everything happening throughout the center to ensure a top-notch guest experience.

Qualifications

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
• Pace & Positivity: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while keeping a positive attitude.
• People Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities — you love connecting with guests!
• Multitasking: Able to juggle priorities and stay organized during busy shifts.
• Flexibility: Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to teamwork.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable standing and walking for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Guest Focus: A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences—every time.
• Screening: Employment contingent upon successfully completing a Background Check and/or CORI screening.
