🗝️ What You’ll Do

• 🎉 Welcome and check in guests with a warm, positive attitude
• 🧩 Brief players on game rules, safety, and storyline
• 💡 Use Escapology’s M3 software to provide hints and clues during gameplay
• ⚡ Keep the atmosphere upbeat, engaging, and fun for guests and teammates
• 🛍️ Upsell games, beverages, and merchandise to enhance the guest experience
• 🍹 Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• 🧼 Maintain a clean, organized environment following daily/weekly/monthly schedules
• 🧯 Ensure guest and staff safety at all times
• 🧰 Assist with general operational tasks as needed
• 📚 Stay current on training and follow direction from the Head Game Master or management

Qualifications

• ### ✅ What We’re Looking For
• 💬 Strong communication skills and a genuine love for interacting with people
• 🚗 Reliable transportation to and from work
• 🤝 Ability to work well within a team environment
• 🔎 Employment contingent upon successful Background Check and/or CORI Screening
• 🎂 Minimum age of 18 years old
• 🕐 Ability to stand for extended periods (6–8 hours) and move between rooms quickly
• 🍸 TiPS Certification (training provided if not currently certified)
• 🌙 Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ⭐ Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
