Lead Engineering (C++ Low Latency Trading )

Job Description

• Hong Kong – Head of Engineering (C++ Low Latency Trading Infrastructure)
• Own the technical roadmap and lead a team building high‑performance exchange connectivity, market data processing, and algorithmic trading engines
• Drive low‑latency design decisions across multi‑asset classes: equity derivatives, delta one, ETFs, commodities, and crypto
• Partner closely with quants and traders to implement quoting, hedging, and arbitrage strategies that directly impact P&L
• Establish engineering best practices: rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and tier‑3 production support
• Mentor senior C++ engineers and foster a collaborative, intellectually curious culture

What you bring

• 8+ years of hands‑on C++ development on Linux (C++14/17 or newer) with deep low‑latency expertise
• Proven leadership experience on automated trading systems or exchange connectivity projects
• Strong command of multithreading, network socket programming, and distributed architecture
• Excellent analytical, communication, and English skills (Asian language a plus
