Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Maintain, organize, and manage confidential patient medical records
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with healthcare policies
• Scan, file, retrieve, and update electronic and paper medical records
• Assist with medical record requests, audits, and transfers
• Support nursing and medical staff with administrative documentation needs
• Protect patient privacy by maintaining strict HIPAA and confidentiality standards

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Medical records, healthcare administration, or office experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers, electronic medical records, and data entry systems
• Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential information
• Dependable, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
