Qualifications

What You'll Do

As a Certified Medication Aide, you'll play an important role in delivering safe, efficient patient care by

• Administering medications within the scope of your Missouri CMA certification
• Maintaining accurate medication administration records (MAR)
• Monitoring patients and reporting concerns or changes to nursing staff
• Assisting with medication inventory, storage, and accountability
• Supporting nurses and providers with daily clinical operations
• Following established healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Helping maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused environment

What We're Looking For

• Current Missouri Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Previous healthcare or correctional experience is a plus, but not required
