Sales Staff / Sales Associate

TempestProjects Software Development Services is looking for a Sales Staff with 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably with background or exposure in IT, software development, business solutions, or B2B services.
We are looking for someone who already understands how to communicate with business owners, build relationships, create opportunities, and support client presentations for high-value service offers.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads, prospects, and business connections
- Reach out to potential clients and introduce our software development services
- Support client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
- Help explain our offers, services, and business solutions clearly
- Build trust and maintain communication with prospects
- Assist in strategic sales planning and client follow-ups
- Eventually handle closing once fully familiar with our services and process
Qualifications
- With at least 1–2 years of sales experience
- Has existing connections, prospects, or network with businesses or companies
- Strong communication and speaking skills
- Experience in closing or handling high-value services is an advantage
- Preferably with experience selling ₱500,000+ services, IT solutions, software, systems, or B2B business services
- Confident, professional, strategic, and goal-driven
- Willing to learn our services and grow into a closer role
