Job Summary

Assist with all Aquatic operations of the Athletic Department in such a manner to ensure the highest level of success.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness & Longevity Director with supervising of dress code, safety issues and cleanliness of the pool and family locker room. Report anyone consistently breaking house rules.
• Assures that customer service standards are consistently attained pertaining to Members and guests.
• Provide daily private swim lesson report including amount billed and number of trainings to W & L Director.
• Provide complete biography of his/herself, and availability.
• Handle any emergencies that may arise and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Complete all administrative tasks given by the W & L Director.
• Provide information about swim lessons and events to members.
• Makes' recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the pool, its equipment and other areas of the club.
• Leadership by example, displayed in work and attitude.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a lifeguard.
• Holds Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Training Certification.
