Role Overview
- We’re hiring Business Process Agents to handle manual operational workflows such as approvals, sorting, and uploads.
- This role exists to offload operational work from the Support team, especially around Magic Suite approvals, so support can stay focused on customers.
- You’ll work behind the scenes to keep processes moving smoothly, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual processes including approvals, sorting, uploads, and checks
- Follow defined workflows and SOPs with high accuracy
- Flag issues, gaps, or unclear steps in existing processes
- Suggest improvements to make processes faster or cleaner
- Maintain clear records of work completed
- Create and submit daily status reports summarizing tasks handled and progress made
- Escalate edge cases or blockers when needed

- Creating daily status reports
- Tracking task volume and completion
- Communicating issues clearly and promptly
