Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Able to multitask in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant service
• Experience in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling guest concerns
• Strong knowledge of dining service procedures and customer care
• Experience using POS systems and processing orders accurately
• Ability to recommend menu items and upsell products
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments
