Join Concilio’s CUA3 team and help lead impactful, community-centered child welfare work while supporting and developing a team of dedicated case managers.
What You’ll Do
As a CUA Case Management Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of case managers and play a critical role in ensuring children, youth, and families receive high-quality, compliant, and compassionate services.
You will
- Lead, coach, and support a team of case managers and support staff (minimum of 5)
- Assign and review cases to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with all DHS, city, state, and federal standards
- Provide guidance on complex cases involving foster care, adoption, guardianship, protective services, and more
- Support staff development through training, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Review service plans, case progress, and recommendations for closures or transfers
- Collaborate with internal leadership and external partners including courts, agencies, and community organizations
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, policies, and service delivery
- Ensure all services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered
You’ll serve as a key liaison between frontline staff and leadership while helping shape the quality of services delivered across the unit.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in social work (child welfare preferred)
- At least 3 years of direct social work experience, including full performance level work in child welfare
- Strong knowledge of child welfare systems, policies, and legal requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and support staff growth
- Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
