Join Concilio’s CUA3 team and help lead impactful, community-centered child welfare work while supporting and developing a team of dedicated case managers.

What You’ll Do

As a CUA Case Management Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of case managers and play a critical role in ensuring children, youth, and families receive high-quality, compliant, and compassionate services.

You will

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of case managers and support staff (minimum of 5)
  • Assign and review cases to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with all DHS, city, state, and federal standards
  • Provide guidance on complex cases involving foster care, adoption, guardianship, protective services, and more
  • Support staff development through training, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Review service plans, case progress, and recommendations for closures or transfers
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and external partners including courts, agencies, and community organizations
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, policies, and service delivery
  • Ensure all services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered

You’ll serve as a key liaison between frontline staff and leadership while helping shape the quality of services delivered across the unit.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in social work (child welfare preferred)
  • At least 3 years of direct social work experience, including full performance level work in child welfare
  • Strong knowledge of child welfare systems, policies, and legal requirements
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and support staff growth
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
