About the role
- Provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of SydPath.
- Prepare accurate meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, and other documentation to support senior management.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, seminars, travel arrangements, and other business activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage enquiries, maintain filing systems, staff contact lists, and essential office resources, including stationery procurement.
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation while managing competing priorities and delivering professional, customer-focused administrative support.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality administrative support, including preparing accurate meeting minutes and professional business documents.
- Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative to achieve positive outcomes.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with confidence in using technology to support business operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to a range of enquiries and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
