EHS Manager

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking EHS Manager to lead all Environment, Health & Safety activities at our Coherent site in Järfälla. In this role, you will take full ownership of EHS strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring a safe, compliant, and sustainable work environment for all employees.

As the primary EHS contact for the site, you will work closely with Operations, Quality, Facilities, and global EHS teams, while representing Coherent externally toward authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

This is a key leadership position that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to shape and develop the site’s EHS culture.
