Service Drive Porter

## Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Porter to support the daily operations of our dealership service department. The Service Porter plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience by maintaining vehicle flow, keeping the service area organized, and assisting the service team with vehicle transportation and general dealership support.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Move customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the property
• Keep the service drive, parking areas, and customer waiting areas clean and organized
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with vehicle staging and transportation
• Perform basic vehicle inspections for cleanliness and damage
• Shuttle customers when required
• Assist with maintaining dealership appearance standards
• Monitor lot organization and ensure proper parking of vehicles
• Support additional dealership duties as assigned by management

## Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
