Job Title: Residential HVAC Installer

Job Location: West Lebanon, NH

Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer/Install Technician to join our growing team in West Lebanon, NH. This is a full-time, year-round position with steady work, strong hourly pay, weekly bonus opportunities, and no nights or 24/7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and related equipment
• Ensure installations meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications
• Work collaboratively with service and management teams
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Complete installation documentation using ServiceTitan

Schedule

• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• No nights. No 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• Gas or propane licensing preferred
• EPA Certification or related HVAC certifications preferred
• Oil certification and/or NORA certification considered a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift equipment and work in varied environments
• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation & Benefits
