A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start-up, expect your days to be multifaceted and dynamic. Multitasking is standard, and your unique skills will be leveraged across different priorities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Business Expansion

  • Support BD Managers in identifying new opportunities in the logistics market
  • Assist in developing leads and expanding market coverage
  • Coordinate pre-sales activities and prepare client engagement materials

Solution & Proposal Development

  • Present logistics solutions professionally to clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
  • Ensure all documents are accurate and compliant

Negotiation & Closing

Negotiate commercial terms and secure profitable agreements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure smooth implementation

Requirements

We are looking for innovative and driven individuals who have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the eCommerce or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce logistics, market dynamics, and customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
