As a Warehouse Inventory Control and Logistics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless inventory management, data-driven decision-making, and regulatory compliance across warehouse and logistics activities. Job Description Location: This position will be located in Durham, NC and will be an onsite role. Key Responsibilities: Manage 3PL inventory within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy across multi-site supply chain operations Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities aligned with ERP system transactions and compliance requirements Analyze ERP system data to generate insights and support strategic supply chain decision-making Monitor warehouse access controls and conduct periodic reviews to maintain security and compliance Lead state manufacturing license applications, renewals, and compliance documentation Investigate supply chain issues using ERP system data, implement solutions, and track performance Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, guidelines, and ERP system-related training materials Support quality investigations, change requests, and corrective and preventive actions within ERP system workflows Provide audit support and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, including ERP system controls Oversee material destruction processes and manage dispensing activities with accurate ERP system documentation Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum three years of experience managing systems in manufacturing or supply chain environments, or seven years without degree Strong understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, integration, and support of business processes Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights to support supply chain and inventory decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and reporting Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across diverse teams and organizational levels Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple variables in dynamic environments Self-motivated, well organized professional with strong critical thinking and sound judgment Novartis Compensation and Benefit Summary: The salary for this position is expected to range between $41.06 and $76.25 per hour. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
