Security Manger with focus on Vulnerability Management (m/f/d) (Ref.No. R1012448) at our location in Ditzingen You will enjoy having this responsibility: As a Security Manager with focus on Vulnerability Management, you take ownership of developing and strengthening the vulnerability management process across multiple projects. You ensure structured analysis, assessment, and tracking of vulnerabilities while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams. With your attention to detail and strong analytical mindset, you contribute to maintaining high security standards in a safety-critical environment. It also involves the following tasks: Planning and coordinating the vulnerability management process across multiple projects is part of your core responsibilities You analyze identified vulnerabilities, create and manage tickets, and ensure timely alignment with responsible stakeholders Acting as a central interface, you coordinate activities between security, engineering, and other internal teams You independently onboard new projects into the vulnerability monitoring environment, including configuration of project-specific requirements The creation and maintenance of structured work packages for onboarding and analysis activities are part of your role In addition, you ensure transparent documentation and continuous reporting of progress and findings You have: You hold a degree in IT, Cyber Security, or a comparable field, or an equivalent qualification through professional practical experience You have a solid understanding of vulnerability management principles (e.g. CVEs, CVSS scoring, remediation workflows) Experience working with IT and OT environments is part of your competency profile Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira) as well as knowledge of security standards such as IEC 62443 are considered an advantage A structured and proactive way of working, combined with strong communication skills, enables you to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities Our Talent Acquisition Team is ooking forward to hearing from you +49 (0) 152 59 10 1539 Ioanna Sapountzi We look forward to receiving your application in just a few clicks via our career portal.
