About The Role

Titan SmartTech is a Singapore-based industrial solutions company specializing in water, environmental, and industrial technologies aimed at enhancing sustainability, reliability, and performance. As part of our expansion in Indonesia, we are seeking a proactive, hunter-type Business Development Manager to drive regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within the industrial and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, consultants, and key decision makers.
  • Manage the project pipeline and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct client visits, deliver presentations, and engage in technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and support tender submissions.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Project Sales.
  • Proven experience in industrial, engineering, EPC, or water-related projects.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in Water or Wastewater Treatment.
  • Experience with Environmental Solutions.
  • Familiarity with EPC or Engineering Services.
  • Exposure to Industrial Infrastructure or Utilities sectors.

Language & Travel

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Business English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
