About The Role
You will report to Maintenance manager
This is the role
Ensures the operation of machines at the required capacity
Involved in the preparation of the key performance indicator monitoring report for the maintenance department
Analyzing the causes of defects and finding solutions to prevent future defects
Ensures the execution of activities resulting from the factory's preventive maintenance plan
Troubleshooting machines
Management - together with the Mechanical Supervisor - of the stock and supply of spare parts
Assists in the verification of subcontractors. Monitors subcontractors in terms of compliance with the highest quality standards and timely completion of activities
Analyzes the factory maintenance plan and improves it
Creates or modifies work procedures taking into account feedback from maintenance technicians
Develops technical solutions to maintenance-related problems to minimize the cost of a technical intervention
Defines technical specifications and spare parts requirements
This is who you are
Technical university studies in mechanical engineering
Good knowledge of engineering concepts, including hydraulic and mechanical systems, ability to understand hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams
Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, experienced in working with maintenance costs
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, Integrity and responsibility, Strong prioritizing skills, Communication, Team work, Planning & organizing skills, Initiative, Decision making
Romanian and English fluency
