About The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Data Reporting Manager to join our People Data Analytics team. This role will partner with our growing Team and provide support to our HR Business Leads to drive brand level performance reporting and even greater levels of insight generation for decision making. Platform Governance and Optimization: Release Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Visier updates. Evaluate new features and determine how they can be leveraged to meet business needs. System Health: Monitor data processing logs and resolve upload failures or mapping errors. Vendor Liaison: Manage the relationship with Visier’s technical success managers to troubleshoot deep-seated platform issues Data Architecture & Integration: Data Mapping: Define and maintain the mapping between source systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and the Visier data model. Back-end Development: Create custom metrics, dimensions, concepts and analytic objects using Visier’s formula engine to reflect unique business KPIs. Quality Assurance: Audit data regularly to ensure "one version of the truth." If the headcount in Visier doesn’t match the Finance report, you are the one who finds out why. Security & Privacy Permission Modeling: Design and implement sophisticated security profiles (e.g., Row-Level Security) to ensure users only see the data they are authorized to view. Content Package: Manage the access levels in data access sets and content package Compliance: Ensure data handling aligns with global privacy regulations like GDPR Insight Delivery & Consulting Dashboard Design: Build intuitive "Guidebooks" and dashboards for executives that highlight trends in Turnover, Succession, Talent and compensation. User Enablement: Lead training and drop-in sessions for users to increase data literacy, familiarize the platform across the organization. To be successful in the role, you’ll demonstrate basic experience in a Reporting based role, and most importantly a passion for data analytics and dashboarding. You’ll be able to demonstrate your data analytics and reporting skills in a fast-paced and varied environment and be driven to continuously learn and develop. You’ll demonstrate: Minimum 10 of years’ experience in an analyst role within complex business Extensive experience with Visier Platform including but not limited to metrics creation, using connectors, dimension management, content package administration etc., Intermediate Excel and analytical capabilities Intermediate SQL experience Extensive Workday product and reporting skills Ability to work within a team environment to support the Business Leads Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle concepts, Data Analytics, and technologies. Hands-on experience with PowerBI Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements, scope, and objectives. Identify potential product risks related to implementation and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address issues that could impact product timelines or outcomes.
