Position Summary You will lead product and portfolio marketing activities in Taiwan. You will work closely with colleagues in medical, sales, regulatory, supply and regional teams. You will use customer insight and local data to shape clear, measurable marketing plans and stronger customer journeys. We value curiosity, collaboration, integrity and measurable results. These responsibilities include some of the following: Develop and deliver product and portfolio marketing plans tailored to Taiwan market needs. Translate customer and market insight into clear customer journeys and channel plans. Plan and run multichannel campaigns, events and promotional programs with cross-functional partners. Support launch readiness and ensure supply and regulatory alignment for commercial activities. Track campaign performance and market trends, and recommend improvements based on data. Work with regional and global teams to adapt content and request local materials when needed. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business or a related field. At least 3 years of product marketing, brand management or related experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare. Practical experience with multichannel marketing and campaign execution. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Good analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions. Fluent in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) and proficient in English for written and spoken communication. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience with new product launches or lifecycle management. Knowledge of Taiwan market dynamics, reimbursement and regulatory context. Experience working with regional or global teams. Background in vaccines, specialty medicines or general medicines. Project management experience and familiarity with budget oversight. Advanced degree such as MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification. Working arrangement This role is based in Taiwan and is primarily on-site with flexibility for hybrid working as agreed with your manager. Regular travel across Taiwan may be required.
