Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Legal Counsel to join our Legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex contract negotiations and providing high-level legal advisory services as a strategic partner to our business, Human Resources, and Finance teams. You will join a forward-thinking legal department dedicated to technical precision and pragmatic, business-oriented solutions. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Responsibility 1: Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of complex commercial and technology agreements—including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and software licenses—to deliver precise legal outputs that support business growth. Responsibility 2: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel across multiple global jurisdictions to provide proactive strategic counsel on business operations, data privacy, and trade sanction regulations. Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with State and Central laws by reviewing organizational mandates, managing legal proceedings, and updating internal templates to mitigate reputational risk and liability exposure. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 6–10 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in technology law or a related legal field. Strong knowledge of State and Central laws, regulatory environments, and data protection requirements. Proven ability in high-stakes contract negotiation, strategic problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
