Friends4Life (F4L) is seeking dependable, energetic, and professional Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Day Program team in West Jordan.
Our Day Program provides structured, skill-building support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting. We are building a culture of accountability, consistency, and high-quality, person-centered care — and we’re looking for team members who take this work seriously.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Day Program DSP, you will
- Implement goals outlined in each client’s Person-Centered Support Plan
- Facilitate structured daily activities and community outings
- Promote independence, social development, and skill-building
- Provide assistance with daily living needs as required
- Use positive behavior support strategies and remain calm during challenging situations
- Transport clients to and from the program and community activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
- Complete documentation accurately and on time in accordance with compliance standards
- Participate in required trainings and ongoing professional development
This role requires energy, attentiveness, and professionalism.

WAGE & SCHEDULE
- $13.25–$17.20 per hour (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday daytime hours
- No overnights
- All major holidays off
- Ongoing training and certification provided
- Gas and activity reimbursement (when applicable)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to stand, move, and assist clients throughout the day
