The Order Management / Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely fulfilment, and delivering excellent customer experience. The role requires strong SAP knowledge, supply chain understanding, and the ability to handle customer interactions, queries, and exceptions efficiently.
Order Management
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycles from order creation to delivery and fulfilment.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, KPIs, and Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays.
Exception Handling
- Identify and manage exceptions across the order fulfilment cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, planning, sales, commercial) to resolve issues.
- Take ownership of escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Customer Interaction & Experience
- Handle customer calls and email communications professionally.
- Address urgent requests, queries, and disputes effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and experience.
Supply Chain Coordination
- Apply strong supply chain knowledge to support order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Understand dependencies such as inventory, shipping, and distribution.
SAP & Reporting
- Utilize SAP for order processing and tracking (T-codes, reports).
- Generate and analyze reports for performance and issue tracking.
- Maintain accurate system data and documentation.
Communication & Coordination
- Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on order status, delays, and resolutions.
- Ensure clarity and accuracy in all communication.
- Circulating Sales Flash to Sales Admin and Sales (Thyrocare and Lifenity).

- Exports Order Registration and Processing.
- HCL Orders Registration and Processing.
- Arranging Pickup, DC creation and return orders as per D1 form.
Reports Creation
- Sales Flash (daily)
- MIS reports (Order Skewness and Qual Inspection Report) – Monthly
- Webshop Responsibilities (Admin role)
OTIF Creation (Monthly)
- Backorder Working (weekly twice)
- Cross Functional Team co-ordination (warehouse, transportation, procurement, sales).
Your success is grounded in
A University degree.
Around 1-2 years of experience in order processing, logistics, customer service.
Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP) and/or educational background in logistics.
Ability to work in a team.
Good communication and Customer service skills.
Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks.
Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end close.
